Blood Alcohol Concentration
A person’s blood alcohol concentration (BAC), the level of alcohol in his or her breath or blood, is a key part of any Michigan DUI or OWI case. Most often, a breath test or blood test will be administered in order to determine a driver’s blood alcohol concentration. In Michigan, a driver may not operate a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or greater. The limit may be lower if the driver is under the age of 21 or operates a commercial vehicle.

We offer our legal services to clients throughout Warren, Sterling Heights, Troy, Rochester Hills and Royal Oak, Michigan.
